Horrendous Disaster

Hello to you who’s reading this right now. I want to say that from everything that we’ve been through, you’re so strong to keep yourself standing and fighting.

2020 is surely a tough year, starting from the first month of the year, we already experienced such struggle. And just 2 months after and everything turns upside down again.

Filipinos experienced such dilemma and I’m asking you to lend me your time again.

My website consists of my own experience about the eruption of Taal Volcano. How we helped each other on that time of crisis and how everyone remain happy and bright. I hope you will support my website even though it’s not great because it’s my first time doing it. I would still appreciate it, so thank you so much in advance.

Cooking can sometimes feel like a chore at the end of a busy day. It’s often tempting to throw a ready meal in the oven or call for take out. They can even be prepared in advance.

Breakfast at my House

During the week we’re often walking out the door with a coffee in one hand and slice of toast in the other, but on weekends breakfast is never rushed. It’s a late affair, sometimes spilling over to lunch, with lots of reading and chatter in between courses of fruits, poached eggs, honey and toast. One of our favorite things we like to serve when friends are visiting are buckwheat blueberry pancakes.
